About the Role Based at Darwin Terminal, the Service Operator Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of guest cabins, lounge and restaurant carriages on-train and public areas off-train. The role will provide support to the Service Operations team through coaching and training initiatives and work in partnership with the Terminal Manager. This is a guest facing role.
